🌸 Welcome to OtomeScape: My Little Dream Sanctuary

Once upon a time, there was a nerdy girl who didn’t exactly shine for her looks… but had an unshakable, starry-eyed heart filled with love. She grew up immersed in shoujo anime and manga, daydreaming about the moment her very own love story would begin — perhaps with a mysterious prince she’d meet in an MMO (but that tale’s for another post~ 😏).

Fast forward a few years, and that same girl — now a Japanese language student at university — stumbled across a certain chaotic vampire-filled otome game called Diabolik Lovers. That was the beginning of everything.

Suddenly, here was a genre that not only let her step into her own romantic story, but offered many paths, many loves, many lessons… all in a safe, beautiful space where emotions could bloom and burn just as wildly as her Scorpio heart could handle. 💖

That girl was me, and OtomeScape is the dream I carried through heartbreak, through years of loss and busy survival — especially after losing my beloved grandmother, who was the only family supporting me. I had to postpone many of my creative hopes… until now. This little corner of the internet is the promise I made to myself finally coming true.

OtomeScape is where I’ll share:

  • 🌸 Non-spoiler otome reviews for curious new fans and longtime veterans
  • 💌 Guides & walkthroughs to help you reach those sweet (or dramatic) endings
  • 💭 Fangirl commentaries where I react to lines, scenes, and plot twists in real-time — and you’re absolutely invited to comment and scream with me
  • 📰 News & translations from Japanese sources
  • ☕ Cozy and wholesome game reviews — whether it’s comfy slice-of-life or emotional storytelling that tugs at the heart
…and hopefully much more as we grow!

I won’t tie myself to just one favourite love interest (Libra rising is a nuisance like that), but I can say that at the moment, I’m particularly fond of Adage from Steam Prison. 🥰

So, I hope you’ll feel at home here too. Grab your favourite plushie, wrap yourself in something soft, and dive in.

My first review, for Steam Prison, is already up!
👉 And I’m currently working on its fandisc sequel: Steam Prison – Beyond the Steam.
